 NTBHA seeks to develop a collaborative system of care for individuals experiencing mental illness and/or a substance use disorders. Collaborative Responsibility is the belief that the public healthcare system, which serves a community, is the responsibility of that community. They offer a variety of services and with substance use disorder providers in the area.
